FAQs on The Tsu
1. I just placed an order, when should I expect delivery?
Products will be delivered 7 to 10 business days from point of purchase.
2. How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
Once your order is processed, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your order. A tracking number will also be provided.
3. How can I track my order?
Visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
4. I just submitted my order and realized I gave the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Immediately send an email to email@example.com with “Wrong Address” in the subject line and provide your correct address in the body of the email. Prompt notification of your error is imperative, as it increases the chances of being corrected at no cost to you.
5. How do I determine my correct size?
The TsuRag size chart is based on a fitted cap size chart. Take a measuring tape and wrap it around your head (the tape should be about 1 inch above your ear). If you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a string and a ruler to determine your size. It is important to get your size right because returns for change of size is subject to shipping and restocking fees.

7. How can I get a custom TsuRag with my name on it?
8. Is the TsuRag/Tsu T Shirt machine washable?
Yes, both products are machine washable (gentle or delicate cycle). Hang drying is recommended for the Tsu T-Shirts.
9. Can I purchase in bulk?
Unfortunately we are not selling in bulk at the moment, only retail. If you are interested in buying in bulk, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Bulk Inquiry” in the subject line, you will be added to a list and will be notified once matters change.
10. Are the TsuRags sold in stores?
TsuRags are currently sold online only. In the near future, we will be available in your local Malls and also in a few selected Barber Shops.
