Return Policy



If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately so that we can open a Tsupport Case. After the case is reviewed, if warranted we will resend the correct item to you and refund the shipping costs due to our error.

If your return is not a result of an inaccuracy on the part of, you will be subject to shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. will not be accountable if you place an order for the wrong size. For sizing information, please visit our FAQs page.

To return for refund or exchange, send an email to (write "Return or Exchange" in the subject line). You will receive a response within 24 hours; if fees are to be applied to your exchange the amount will be included in the response.
